Between reading mixed reviews and word of mouth, I reluctantly asked for service on ice maker and just over 1 year old washer, just out of warranty. Paid a reasonable service call for ice maker. Serviceman returned with the part for the washer, said they would "try" to get it covered under warranty. They did! Admittedly, they are a little steep, but will bargain some on hi-dollar items and, at least THIS time, service was great!
